• Up to 8 weeks prior to scheduled arrival, free cancellation is possible (for whatever reason)
• In case of cancellations due to Corona restrictions in Austria– no cancellation fee
• In case of travel warning for Zürs, the Arlberg region or Austria – no cancellation fee
• In case of anew shutdown before your arrival – no cancellation fee
• In case of shutdown during your stay and therefore earlier departure than planned – no cancellation fee
