Terms for CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Having to cancel is one of those unpleasant things people prefer not to have to deal with. That goes for us, too. It is a real shame when you don’t get to go on the winter holiday you deserve. But please be aware that free cancellation is only possible up to 8 weeks prior to your scheduled check-in date.
We handle reservations in accordance with guidelines established by the Austrian hotel industry:
Up to 8 weeks prior to scheduled arrival, free cancellation is possible
- Between 8 weeks and 4 weeks prior to arrival, you will be charged 40% of the total cost of your booking
- Between 4 weeks and 1 week prior to arrival, you will be charged 70% of the total cost of your booking
- Between 1 week and the arrival day as well as in the event of delayed arrival or no-show, we will be obliged to charge you 90% of the total cost of your booking
- In case of a cancellation we certainly try to let the room to other guests to avoid cancellation fees
We recommend to contract travel insurance.
