Booking Deposits
In order to guarantee your reservations at Hotel Erzberg, we ask you to transfer a deposit of € 450 per person to our bank account.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Having to cancel is one of those unpleasant things people prefer not to have to deal with. That goes for us, too. It is a real shame when you don’t get to go on the winter holiday you deserve. But please be aware that free cancellation is only possible up to 8 weeks prior to your scheduled check-in date.
But here’s some GOOD NEWS: If we are able to rent out your room to other guests in the meantime, we won’t charge you anything at all. That goes without saying.
We handle reservations in accordance with guidelines established by the Austrian hotel industry:
- Up to 8 weeks prior to scheduled arrival, free cancellation is possible
- Between 8 weeks and 4 weeks prior to arrival, you will be charged 40% of the total cost of your booking
- Between 4 weeks and 1 week prior to arrival, you will be charged 70% of the total cost of your booking
- In the final week prior to arrival as well as in the event of delayed arrival or no-show, we will be obliged to charge you 90% of the total cost of your booking

Unfortunately, something unexpected can always crop up, either preventing you from going on holiday at all or forcing you to leave early. That’s why we highly recommend buying holiday cancellation insurance. For just 5% of your hotel cost, you will be covered.
