Arrival and Departure
Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11:00am on the day of departure. Guest rooms are normally ready by 3:00pm on the day of arrival.
Secure, covered parking is available on request (based upon availability), charged at EUR 13.00 per car and night.

CANCELLATION sounds unpleasant – and it is – for you and for us too.
If you notify us of a cancellation 8 weeks prior to arrival it will be free of charge. If cancellation is made between 8 weeks and 4 week prior to arrival, we will charge you 40% of total cost. If your cancellation is made between 4 weeks and 1 week preior to arrival, we will charge you 70 % of total cost. And if you cancel in the week prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be charged 90% of tatal cost. In case of cancelation we will try to rent the room to ohters.
